How do I choose the right size for my abaya?
Our abayas follow the Emirati sizing system, based on garment length in inches (from shoulder to hem).
Consult our Size Guide to choose the one that corresponds to your height.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery only in mainland France, within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment.
But it's a project in progress.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days after receipt to make a return, provided the item has not been worn.
Promotional or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I care for my abaya?
To preserve the quality of your abaya:
Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum of 30°C
No tumble dryer
Iron gently inside out if needed
Where are your abayas made?
Our abayas are made in the United Arab Emirates, in a workshop selected for the quality of its craftsmanship and respect for working conditions.
We personally visited the premises to guarantee this.
Can I order a custom-made abaya?
Made-to-measure is not yet available, but we are working on it for future collections.
